Addison Water Filtration With Arrival Windows You Can Count On

We install whole-home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis and UV water treatment for homes in Addison, Carrollton and Farmers Branch. We start with a water test, give you an arrival window that fits your day, and tell you ahead of time if anything shifts, so you are never left waiting at the door.

A Small Team That Respects Your Calendar

Waiting around for a service visit that never shows is one of the most common complaints people have about home trades. We run Water Filtration Addison the other way. You get a real window, a phone call when plans change, and a job finished when we said it would be.

Beyond scheduling, our work is simple. We test first, recommend what your water calls for, install it cleanly and explain how to look after it. North Texas summers push a lot of water through a home, so we size systems to keep up when you use the most.

Water Treatment for Your Home

Most people call us about one of a few things: chlorine taste, white crust on faucets, spots on glasses, or wanting cleaner drinking water for the kids. We match the fix to what your test shows. That might be whole-home filtration for every tap, a water softener for scale, reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink, or UV water treatment as an extra layer against microbes. Sometimes it is just one of these, and we will tell you so.

  • Technician plumbing a whole-home filtration system on a garage wall: tall black tank, blue filter housing and two clear housings on a wood backer board with PVC and valves

    Whole-Home Filtration

One filter on your main water line so the shower, the kitchen and the laundry all get water without the chlorine taste and smell.

  • Technician adjusting the control head on a blue mineral tank beside a black brine tank filled with salt in a garage next to a water heater, with salt bags and a tool bag

    Water Softeners

Softeners sized from a hardness test at your home, installed on a day you pick, with a clear arrival window and a call if anything changes.

  • Reverse Osmosis

An under-sink reverse osmosis system for the water you drink and cook with, sized after a water test and installed in a planned visit.

  • UV Water Treatment

A UV system that kills bacteria and viruses in the water entering your home without adding chemicals, sized to your flow and installed in a set arrival window.

What Goes Into Your System Price

Every home's plumbing is a little different, so we give you a number after the test visit, not before. These are the things that push it up or down, and we walk through each of them with you so nothing hides in small print.

We call you with your quote after the visit and explain every line. If install day turns up a surprise, we pause and talk it over with you before the price changes.

The system you pick
A reverse osmosis unit under the sink is less work than a whole-home filter or a softener on the main line. Putting more than one system in also changes the job.
How big your home is and how much water you use
Extra bathrooms and a bigger household draw more water at once. We pick equipment that holds pressure even with the shower and dishwasher going together.
Where your main line enters
An open garage wall keeps the labor straightforward. A cramped closet, an outside wall or a long reach to a drain and outlet takes more time and parts.
Condition of your current pipes
If the shutoff is worn or a joint is rusted at the connection point, a new system may not seal properly until that piece is replaced. We show you what we found before touching it.
Add-ons to the install
Qualifying homes get standard professional installation included. Anything past a standard setup, like bypass valves, loop work or new drain lines, shows as its own line on your quote.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

Four steps, each with a clear time attached, so you always know what comes next.

  1. 1

Your call and a set window

Tell us what you are noticing with your water. We pick a test visit window that fits your schedule and confirm it with you before the day.

  2. 2

    Water test and walk-through

We test your water at the tap, look at where the main line enters and talk through what the numbers mean. You get a straight recommendation, and options if more than one makes sense.

  3. 3

    Quote and install date

You get a line-item quote. If you go ahead, we set an install date and window and tell you roughly how long your water will be off.

  4. 4

    Install day and cleanup

We protect the work area, install and test the system, show you how it works and when filters need changing, then clean up. If anything about the day changes, you hear it from us first.

Why Neighbors Plan Around Us

A water system is a project in your home, and your time matters as much as the equipment. Here is how we run things so you can plan your week.

An arrival window, not a whole day
When we set your test or install, you get a specific window. You will not be told to stay home from morning to evening and hope.
A call if the plan moves
If a part is delayed or an earlier job runs long, we phone you before your window starts. You can keep the new time or pick another one that suits you better.
Honest timelines up front
Before you agree to anything, we tell you how long the install should take and how long your water will be off. Most people like knowing whether to plan around a morning or an afternoon.
Only what your water needs
Your test results decide the recommendation. If a simple drinking water system covers your concern, we will not push a full setup.
We leave the space as we found it
We lay down covers where we work, haul off packaging and old equipment, and wipe up before we go. You get a working system and a clean garage or utility closet.

Questions We Hear Often

My city water already meets standards. Why would I filter it?
Your utility treats the water to meet drinking standards, and we have no interest in scaring you about it. People filter for other reasons: the taste and smell of disinfectant, mineral scale on fixtures, or extra assurance about what old pipes add on the way to the tap. Your test helps decide whether any of that applies to your home.
What happens at the water test visit?
We arrive in the window we gave you, test water at a tap, and look at your plumbing where a system would go. We explain the results in plain terms and leave you a water report to keep. There is no obligation to buy anything.
How long does an installation take, and will my water be off?
An under-sink reverse osmosis system is usually a shorter visit. Whole-home filters and softeners take longer because we work on the main line. Your water is off only during the tie-in, and we tell you how long to expect before we start.
Do I really need a water softener?
Not always. If your test shows hardness that is leaving scale on faucets, glass shower doors and your water heater, a softener can help. If the numbers are low, we will say so and point you to filtration instead.
What if you need to change my appointment?
We call you as soon as we know, not after your window has passed. You can keep the adjusted time or choose a new day, whichever works better for you.
Is your installation work covered?
Yes. Every install we do carries our 1-year workmanship warranty on installation-related defects. Should something go wrong in that first year because of the way we put the system in, phone us and we will come back to sort it out.
How do I get a quote?
Phone us and we will set a time for a water test. After the visit you get your quote by phone, with each part and labor item listed so nothing comes as a surprise.
